Race For Life 5K & 10K – Aberystwyth routes

The Aberystwyth route initially makes its way along the promenade from end to end and really captures the beauty of the Aberystwyth coastline. Breaking off from the coastal path and running alongside the River Rheidol, this route is a scenic trip through Aberystwyth. A lovely flat route on paved ground with an amazing atmosphere and plenty of spectator points for cheering friends and family

This is a 5k for everyone. This is thousands of people uniting with one purpose - to raise valuable funds for life-saving research.
